Terms and Conditions: All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ Credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes to pack your items. Large purses will NOT be allowed in the home - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. GRASONS CO OF COACHELLA VALLEY and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Resale will be accepted only if a physical copy of the license along with a filled out and signed CDTFA-230 form is provided, and the number is verified to still be valid.
