Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only no checks will be accepted. Customer is responsible for moving/hauling large item purchases such as furniture, appliances, etc. Opening : A Sign Up sheet will be out by 8:30am. (leave your email for addresses early) At 10:00am, the on site manager will allow people into the sale in order of their sign up. No signing up for others. Bring HELPERS - WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP MOVE THINGS ON SALE DAYS
